One of my favorite ways to pass time (and still feel productive) is watching make-up tutorials. Ahhh the internet! I have literally spent hours searching and watching these instructional videos and it has revolutionized my make-up bag and my techniques. And after all that research, all those hours spent glued to my computer watching marathons of make-up how-to videos, I can say that Nicola & Samantha Chapman's (two sisters--awww) videos and website, FASHIONFACE.tv, are my favorite. Yep. I elle them and I'm sure you will too.
